Returns & Store Credit

At ARTLAB 103, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and one of a kind. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

Each seashell, crystal, and gemstone is a gift from nature, making every ARTLAB 103 creation truly one of a kind. Natural variations in color, shape, texture, and inclusions are part of their beauty and are not considered defects.

1. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

2. Store Credit

Once your return has been received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase on ARTLAB 103.

Because each creation is unique, we do not offer cash refunds.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized pieces
• Clearance or final sale items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
